2. The Curriculum
- Boys & girls are prepared for examinations conducted by the Maharashtra Board of Secondary Education i.e. Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSC)
- The course study includes Reading, Writing, Bengali, Hindi, Marathi, English Languages and literature, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Science and also History, Geography. Equal focus is given to Arts & Crafts, Physical Training.

3. Evaluation & Examination
- The Primary School will have two examinations in a year one in each semester.
- The Secondary School students will have two unit tests and two Semester examinations.
- There will be oral tests for languages & practical exam in science subjects.
- Homework, class work will also be considered for evaluation purpose.
- The promotion of the student to the next higher class will be based on the performances in all Unit Tests, Orals, Practical’s, two terminal examinations, class work, and homework throughout the year. This will be guided by the relevant rules in force.

Admission & Withdrawals |
1. Readmission: The readmission of a student, whose name has been struck off for any reason, is entirely at the discretion of the Head of the School. |

Fresh Admission Procedure
- The parent/guardian shall fill the prescribed form for admission before a student can be admitted. They are requested to attach extra papers if required to highlight the good qualities of the student/ his/her past performance, achievements etc.
- Admission procedure will be done as per prescribed rules.
- No admission will be considered until all the requirements are fully met.
- Parents/Guardians must give an undertaking, in writing that they will abide by the rules and regulations of the school as made from time to time. This form will be available at the school.
- The Principal does not bind herself or himself to furnish any reason for rejecting any application.
- The following certificates must be attached to the application for admission:
Municipal Birth Certificate.
Last progress report from the previous school.
Medical certificate signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
- A transfer Certificate from a recognized school will also be required when admission is granted to classes 2 and above.
- If a student has come from a different State, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the appropriate Inspector concerned. Only a Transfer Certificate from a recognized school is accepted. If a boy has come from a different country, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the appropriate officer of the Indian Embassy or Consulate in that country concerned.
- In case Transfer Certificate is delayed as a result of being sent for counter signature, a provisional certificate from the previous school may be submitted. Admissions granted will be provisional till a proper Transfer Certificate, duly signed and stamped by the appropriate authority, is submitted.
- When a child is admitted on a Transfer Certificate he will not be placed in a class higher than that which the Transfer Certificate shows him to be qualified in the appropriate month of the particular year. He will not be promoted before the end of the school year. There can be no relaxing of this Rule, which is a Government Directive.
- Admission will only be confirmed on payment of one half term's/ one semester fees. This amount will be credited and adjusted against the first term's bill. The amount is not refundable if an admission offered is accepted & is later refused. Any exception to this rule as regards fees can only be at the sole discretion of the Head of the school.

3. Withdrawals & Leaving the school
- A School Leaving Certificate will be issued only on a written request of the parent or the guardian. Those who leave in April must pay the fees for the balance of the full term similarly those leaving during the 1st Term will have to pay the fees for balance of the full 1st term.
- No School Leaving Certificate will be issued unless all dues are paid up.
- As per the instruction of the Education Department, duplicate copy of the school Leaving certificate cannot be issued unless an affidavit is produced mentioning clearly the reason for the same.
